Если есть возможность, поищи специализированный текст по данному вопросу. Потому что я знаю валки=rollers, а вальцевание=forge-rolling. Но у меня знания из области наполненных полимеров - шины всякие и пр. Может для кур и слова другие.
Не надо Машу путать. Это совершенно разные вещи. Вальцование - "это пропускание разного рода листов или металлических полос между двумя одновременно вращающимися валами для плющения, уплотнения, сдавливания, полировки и пр".

Mechanically separated meat must be labeled as "mechanically separated beef or pork."
